Thank you for your interest in the Phone Agent Assistant.

The Phone Agent Assistant is a companion app for Skype for Business which allows you to automatically see the name and other relevant information from your Dynamics 365 organization, about any incoming call.

Please note

To use the Phone Agent Assistant you are required to have at least these licenses in your Office 365 organization:

  1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, PSA, Field Service or Enterprise Plan)
  2. Skype for Business

These licenses are not included with Phone Agent Assistant and must be acquired separately (in advance) via your Microsoft Partner or directly via Microsoft.

Optionally, to also add support for calling and receiving calls from regular phones, via PSTN calling, you'll need the additional licenses listed below. This is something we recommended but, it's not required to get started with the Phone Agent Assistant:

To get started, please sign in using your Microsoft Work or School account (sometimes called organization account), this is the account you already use to sign in to Microsoft's Online services like Office 365 and Dynamics 365.

Note: The user account you sign in with needs to be a Global Administrator in Office 365 to start this trial.
