To use the Phone Agent Assistant you are required to have at least these licenses in your Office 365 organization:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 on the Common Data Service for Apps
(e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Marketing or a Customer Engagement plan)
- Skype for Business
These licenses are not included with Phone Agent Assistant and must be acquired separately (in advance) via your Microsoft Partner or directly via Microsoft.
